Shipping and Return

Return Policy and Process


To request a return for an item please notify Grand Rapids Artists Bureau within 7 days of the date of delivery by email at info@grabart.org and include “RETURNS” in the subject line. Returns must then be shipped within 7 days of the initial notification to GRAB, and in the original packaging. Please provide a tracking number via email once the return is shipped. When the work is received by GRAB, a full refund will be issued.


If your order is received damaged, please follow these steps:


  1. Photograph any damage to the item and the packaging materials.

  2. Email the photos to info@grabart.org and include “RETURNS” in the subject line.

  3. When shipping the item back to GRAB, use original packaging for the return if possible.

  4. Provide GRAB with a tracking number via email when the return is shipped.

  5. A GRAB representative will reach out to determine the next steps in order to ensure your satisfaction. Depending on the item, a replacement or repair may be possible. Otherwise, a full refund will be issued.



Cancellation Policy


You may cancel an order before the product has shipped. Please know the shipping process usually begins within five business days of payment. To begin the cancellation process, please email info@grabart.org with the request/reason for cancellation. If the item has shipped and is already en route, then the return policy will apply instead.

Shipping Policy


After placing an order, items will be carefully and expertly packaged by GRAB associates and shipped within 5 days of payment. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. 

Please Note: Local delivery service is available directly by GRAB associates at no additional cost, and within specified zip codes and time frames.


Color Discrepancy Acknowledgement


Please know that we do our best to accurately represent the color of any piece listed. However, differences in displays used to view GRAB listings may visually vary from the original artwork.



International Shipping Policy


GRAB does not ordinarily offer shipping outside of the continental United States at this time. However, a special inquiry may be submitted to info@grabart.org.
