Matthew Schenk is an Artist and Educator at Grand Rapids Community College and occasionally Kendall College of Art and Design. He has a BFA in painting from Michigan State University and an MFA in painting from Academy of Art University in San Francisco. He has worked for Sony Animation on multiple cartoons for a number of years, and shown regularly as an artist for 30 years.
